Yes! CBD is legal in all 50 States. Per the 2018 Farm Bill, all hemp-derived CBD products were made federally legal.

That’s hemp-derived CBD – not marijuana-derived CBD. Hemp-derived CBD contains less than 0.3% THC. At levels so low, you won’t get high from it.
